Have you seen this ad on Internet web pages? Even some fishing web site? Have you clicked on it?

The link connects you with a site put together by the California League of Conservation Voters that bashes the sportfishing-based Partnership for Sustainable Oceans, the Sportfishing Association of California, and everything sport fishing. It puts us as sportfishermen right up there with major polluters, wife beaters, conservative politicans, and everyone unsavory to the radical environmental movement. It derides sportfishing groups who think the Marine Life Protection Act is a political fiasco that has nothing to do with management and protection of our ocean waters and everything to do with a political agenda that believes human have no place in the natural environment except as spectators. Sustainable harvest and even catch-and-release sportfishing have no place in their world view, and they actually believe that is a normal viewpoint today.

The advertisements are placed by Google on all pages where the word fishing comes up so they can forward their radical, lying agenda. Those of you who read and manage web pages need to protest to Google and demand this ad is not put up on your site.

Help expose these people for who they are. Anglers everywhere need to know we are under a full frontal assault by the radical environmental community.
